  • If you perform any operations on the 'DB' folder, BE SURE to make a backup copy of the entire DB folder with all subfolders and files in it.
    This folder contains all your projects!!!

If you have not found anything suitable for you, please, specify the following parameters when sending your question:

  1. Your software parameters:
    • Operating system version
    • Other software you have installed on your computer (put special attention to proxies, firewalls, antiviral software, residential programs and programs that work with networks on the system level)
  2. Hardware configuration of your computer:
    • Processor type
    • RAM size
    • Free space available on the disk, where the program is installed
    • File system type on the disk, where the program is installed (usually one of FAT, FAT32 and NTFS)
    • Free space on the system disk
    • File system type on the system disk
    • Screen resolution
    • Desktop color depth
    • Networking and other hardware you might have
  3. Type of Internet connection:
    • Whether or not you are using proxy server (if so, indicate program name)
    • Whether or not you are using firewall software (if so, indicate program name)
    • Connection type: modem (dial-up), cable or other (describe in detail)
